I'm confused - I just read the tail of the dragon tuning special post. If we attend this event is there a cost and are you required to attend all the scheduled events? I guess I don't quite understand what silverfox was stating in his post.

Is it too late to make a reservation for this meet? I'm still not sure if the wife & I can make it because I have to work that weekend, but if it's not too late I'll see if I can change one of my vacations.

re: 1st annual Spring 2008 "Tail of the Dragon" MEET!
I am posting this messge with SilverFox's permission to offer the engraved Crossfire namebadges to anyone planning to attend the meet next month. These badges are laser engraved and offered in a variety of colors to closely match the car colors offered. This is similar to the engraved badge Lyn and I had at the fall meet.
I have both Coupe and Roadster logos available. Each badge is 3" x 1.4" and I can provide either 2 or 3 lines of text below the dividing line. Many users add their forum name between their real name and location.
Each badge is $10. If you would like me to bring it to the Lodge, there would be no additional shipping. Shipping would be $2.50 if you want it mailed to you.
If interested, please PM me and I can provide any additional information and my PayPal address. Thanks for looking, I look forward to seeing everyone at the Lodge next month.

I'm confused I didn't realize that this was a paid event when I signed up. Can some one tell me what it is going to cost, now that I've reserved the hotel.

I am going and coming with Crossfirefrank and we intend to do whatever we choose. I have had a few PM's with Silverfox and he knows that each member attending will have the choice to deviate from his rather structured schedule as they wish. This schedule is only a time line and not a requirement in my opinion. I believe Silverfox will clarify this tomorrow when he is back on line here. I have heard nothing requiring members to pay anything other than their lodging rates and food etc. As for VENDORS paying fees I know nothing about that either but I also am not concerned because I am NOT a vendor. If you were planning on attending please do. The Dragon is a public road and the event is whatever us as members want to make it IMO. Gary
PS... My thanks still goes to Silverfox for all he has done to coordinate this meet.

This is NOT an event for Profit, there is No Current Fee of any kind.
I have put my own money in for planning runs, prizes, 100's of Hi Resolution Professional photos, copies of handouts, phone calls, etc etc etc & have never Asked nor Received a Dime from anyone or any organization.
See you at the Dragon!
My Best,
Bill

There are No Exhibits!
(This is a Brand New Event, maybe down the Road, I have all I can Handle right now).
There is No Vendor Fee, as there are No Vendors! Please read the above post!
Thank you & See you at the Dragon in 30 Days!

Have you gotten permission yet?
There needs to be permission, coordination & a possible contribution to the Meet from any 'Official' Vendors attending!
This a a good Idea, but it might need some coordination with all the Xfires & Events Scheduled.
(Saturday is Very Tight & the Big Day, I would suggest only early Friday or late Sunday, after all the events, unless they are just coming for the tune & not participating in the Events & Runs with the other 50 Crossfires).
Please, shoot me a PM & let me know when I can call you about this, OK?
Also, where are you located & can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
(There is No Information in your Profile?)
Also, I Believe this is the Wrong Place for a Vendors Advertising, it should be in the Marketplace forums!

Anyways there be No more of that talk of any kind for this meet!
