I setup an IRC channel on Undernet for backup site.
I once read a thread on this forum about where would we all linkup if anything ever happen to this forum. I believe everyone was worried about the forum's time expiring due to lack of a renewal by it's owner. The point is I opened a channel on the IRC network "Undernet", there I named the channel "Crossfire", the channel is real time, if you know anything about IRC you understand that the channel is only open when someone logs on to Undernet and opens it, an if no one ever opens the channel well it never is there. hooah If you don't understand IRC do a web search for Undernet and you'll get all the information you will ever need.
Anyway everyone should make a note of this and if we ever need a linkup point due to forum failure, well we got one, anyone of us can open it for the others to follow. There we could workout a fix for the forum and move back here once all has been corrected. IF THAT EVER NEEDED TO BE DONE. hooah
*note: it is a real time channel, meaning you talk with people in the open at the time you type, kinda like an aol IM, only different because everyone sees what you type as a group.
