Thanks...yes, I read the comment that the 850R was an automatic so they couldn't hold a single gear and had to use higher engine speeds to maintain 3rd gear.

But their table states...
RPM - Hp Before - Hp After - Gain - Torque Before - Torque After - Gain
5,200 189.3 192.2 2.9 191.2 193.0 0.8
5,300 188.9 194.9 6.0 187.1 192.1 5.0

But when you look at the data from the graph, at 5,250 rpm the blue lines appear to show that the non-modified HP and torque values are greater than the red HyperVoltage lines.

I was looking for an explanation as to why the performance changes versus engine speed, and why the data table doesn't agree with the dyno graph. I guess I should have been clearer.

I see what you are talking about and I can't explain it either. Like I said earlier...I did not install it for those particular claims, but it definitely works as far as the other claims go. Whether it increases HP or torque and at what RPMs, I will leave to others. But I can attest through experience with this thing, that the voltage & RPM fluctuations are GONE. I'm satisfied with the purchase and you are satisfied that you didn't...so it's all good.
