Well My first distance trip in Chrissy. My daughter and I are heading to Santa Barbara to check out UCSB visit the grand parents and see Bright Eyes at santa barbara county bowl. (one of the beat venues for a concert that I have ever been to). So if you see a alabaster crossfire on the 5/73/405/101/246 it' s us. Approx 500 miles. will post mileage avg speed ext when I get to the grand parents in solvang. To bad the daughter is too young to drink or we would to the sideways tour thru the santa ynez valley.

Well it appears that Chrissy is afraid of long trips. We loaded up, backed out of the garage, put her into park to confirm we had tickets for the show, tried to go into reverse but nothing. She would not go into any gear and the rear wheels would not move. The tow truck arrived and had to drag her onto the trailer, then when we got to the dealer they had to spray lube on the trailer so they could slide her off. I got a sebring convertible for the trip. Unfortunately the weather sucked and the top had to stay on most of the time. The trip was great but sure missed my car, to be continued...

 

We should setup a local road trip for the So Cal folks...
