Very good warranty care.
Very good warranty care.
On Friday my stereo decided to pack in, so I booked the car in for today to be looked at as well as some other warranty work I was going to leave until it was due a service.
The lower front grill had popped out, there was wind noise from the drivers window and the wheel finish had gone funny (I think the lacquer is coming off) and water behind the logo on the centre caps.
The stereo seemed to have fixed itself, but they fixed the grill adjusted the window and ordered me brand new wheels.
I thought I would have a fight on my hands about the wheels, perhaps saying I had used corrosive wheel cleaner or something on them, but no they ordered new ones no problem.
I never bought the car from this dealer or had the car serviced there yet, although I will be using them for servicing when its due.
The dealer is Western Chrysler in Edinburgh and I would definitely recommend them.
Credit where credit is due as they say.
Oh I got a quote for the second service (2 year) and it will cost just over £400.
And if I was having to buy the wheels they are £550 each.
Norrie.
