Whatever happened to HDDP and his gear set and the anti roll bars he was talking about. haven't seen that guy for a while and would be interested to hear about that.

 

Gear set! What I have been looking and have not found a solution...

This seems like a change that would show big gains on the street!

 

i think this guy was getting them custom made, HDDP was his name, and i haven't seem him on here for months. there is a pic of the ratio numbers in the gallery somewhere. he was friends with saskins, used to race at buttonwillow, just wondering where he went. apparently the new final drive on the z is doing wonders for 0-60 and quarter miles, curious to see if we got the same sort of results.

After many hours of track time and testing with different set-ups... here's the skinny for my suspension... This works for me on the track and highway...

Eibach Springs (2 mm shorter pad), Koni Sport dampers (cranked to stiffest / Energy Suspension Bump Stops), Front Sway Bar from MB SLK32 AMG, Rear Sway Bar from SRT6, TOYO S1-R Tires (40 psi front, 37 psi rear) Porterfield R4-E Brake Pads (if you don't mind the squeal), Energy Suspension Bushings (all the way around), Koni Rebuilt Steering Damper...

hmm, thanks, when i searched for him the most recent topic was from like 5 months ago. so if you are around, what happened with the gears HDDP??

 

What about the strut bar?

I would buy one in a second.

 

I think the place that was going to do the work closed up on him. At least that is what I think I remember. And having been around for a while I also remember that he works in the film industry. He may be away on a project. At any rate, most of his postings are interesting.
