Default another turbo idea

no idea if it would work, but maybe someone else would have an idea. turbocharged 320 from europe, but its diesel. that shouldn't make a difference for turbo's, should it?

umm... yeah

a totally different fuel delivery system and brain...

turbos on diesels are set up for different rpm's your car tops out at 6500, so your turbo would spool up to about 20,000 to 22,000 rpm. a diesel red lines some where around 4500-5000 on a good day and the turbo spools about 11,000-15,000. it all in the bearings...

heat... heat from the diesel vs. yours in the exhaust is a lot different... the turbo in the diesels are bullet proof in high heat and built for the heat...

a turbo that a the kid with the honda just throws on is dainty. it will only take short burst of high heat or it will crack the veins cook the bearings...

lastly... it a MB/CROSSFIRE not enough demand from us "the owners" and no ones willing to pay the price to upgrade... lots of mullah...

It would be extremely different, as crossfireguy pointed out.
