Because even the bomber in speed used different colored wires. Imagine if the Germans had built it......Boom

I'd go with the manual, not my faint memory.

***SOLVED***
your never going to guess what the hell was causing all of this!

Took time off to fly home for the holidays and tackled the task of pulling the dash out and searching for a short. I should of taken pictures and posted them up before I left of the schematics I got from my mechanic. Il do that later. After searching for a short with a short finder and coming out with nothing. I realized the only way to re create the issue was with everything plugged in so I went to town plugging and unplugging the skreem unit, tachometer climate control unit, central pump and associated fuses. Low and behold it's the ******* climate control unit.... Pulled the whole damn dash apart for ******* climate control unit hahahaha. Whatever good experience I guess.

Pulled the unit separated the front circuit board from the rear circuit board. No visible burns or unsolders everything look completely normal. Cleaned it put it back in same things happening. Ordered the new one two day shipping got it installed it all the symptoms went away everything worked fine except, the erratic fan speed even with the **** off hit a bump bam full blast.... So pulled the new apart and swapped the front circuit board from the old one reinstalled and works like a charm!!!!! All that work for a half a climate control unit. It was at the end of the loop so was pulling to much power causing the rest of the system to not have the appropriate power to run correctly, makes sense.

Now the only problem is my air bag light is stuck on 😂😂😂 will have to make an appointment with dodge to get it reset from what iv read, nice $150 bucks gone. Other than that car drives like it's brand new and starts everytime. I hope this can help anyone else that come across so weird stuff and save them the money and time I put into it trying to figure it out.

Thanks for everyones help as well this forum is the best place for anything crossfire not even my mechanic could figure this one out and the dealer would of spent weeks looking at all of it. You guys saved me time and money I really appreciate it.

I suspect this issue is far from 'solved'. Don't ask me why. If it doesn't come back it would have to do with a bad connection somewhere, NOT with the climate control. I have NEVER heard of a 'short finder' (???). Only 'short finder I know of, is a fuse OR a melted wire.
