Default Crossfire Transport

Has anyone used an auto transport company with their Crossfire? If so, who did you use? Would you recommend them? If you don't mind, how much did they charge you? Thanks.

Yes, I often use the car transport on the railway through a certain tunnel in the alps.
Takes 12 minutes and costs 16$.

Well, I think that's not gonna help you .... But just in case you drop by in Switzerland.

ebay recommends using DAS, but i'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. did you just buy one or are you selling it, or are you moving? give us some details and i'm sure someone will be able to recommend one, hopefully close to CA.

I'm moving from CA to CO. I'm hoping to find someone that has a pretty tight pickup and drop-off window that won't kill the car in the move.

My buddy who runs a body shop recommends Eclipse Transport (800-496-0881). I believe they are a broker. I am using them to ship 3 restored VW beetle from San Antonio, Texas to Seattle, Washington for $700 a car. I talked to other brokers and the average was around $800 to $900.

If your using a moving company with a large moving van, you might want to inquire about putting Crossfire with your furniture. I did it once with a Trans-Am from NY to Florida. Cost not bad and car was there with everything else.

mhorn,
is the moving a very long distance? Otherwise spend the money on flight ticket back and gas for an enjoyable and memorable trip with your crossfire.
I'd prefer the ride if it's not a week journey.

I would recommend Reliable Transports. They transport all of DCX's premium vehicles and have awesome experience record and history.

I'll just spend my $700 bucks on invisible bra and enjoy the ride towards Colorado!

I have used Intercity lines a few times. They are excellent and all of the drivers are real car guys and gals who love cars. You cannot do better than Intercity. Their rigs are spotless and top notch. The car lives in a fully enclosed trailer.
