Re: Lambo Doors On The Crossfire
The look and door action is interesting. A HIGH 5 to the creativity and engineering effort. However, just like any car bejeweled with all the "after-market" add-ons and alterations, in a couple of years the vehicle will start looking and running shabby, parts falling off, and ultimately neglected. Soon enough, it'll be parked on someone's front yard lawn on blocks.

Cars are not forever lasting but the memories of having one and what you have on it is what counts. It's not about your resale value but how you'd enjoyed the ride and ownership of a Crossfire! Modding is a personal thing....meaning the car is your reflection in value and in art.
Re: Lambo Doors On The Crossfire
My wife thinks the lambo doors are hot! She thinks I should get them, My girlfriend said the samething. I have a few questions before. The crossfire doors a "heavy". How akward is it to open and close? Dose it effect the strength of the car "rigidity"? How tight are the doors when closed? and if anybody has anymore info please let me know.

Re: Lambo Doors On The Crossfire
they look awesome, but my main concern would be wind noise, repainting (welding) cause they never mask of the overspray right and repaints never come out clean, if your looking for a show car that you aren't gonna drive all the time then do it, but as a daily driver and a former minitrucker customizing things such as this cause nothing but problems down the line. i'll stick to my regular doors thanks. but they do look neat!
Re: Lambo Doors On The Crossfire
I think the lambo doors are awesome like many. My friend recently had lambo doors on his Honda civic. They look nice, the only down falls are the doors don't open all the way. And when the door is up it swings left to right so, if wind blows hard enough the door will smack into the car. Bottom line is... it looks good but make sure the quality is there.
