I have had three of these Crossfire's with a radio freeze up and all three times the head light switch was left in the far left position and this leaves the running lights on the left side of the car on all night long and the Battery was run down just enough that on start up it spiked the system. Disconnect you battery and and recharge you disconnect to allow the capisotrs to discharge in the radio. Then you have a fully charged battery. Thank Terry OKC Crossfire?Viper Tech

Hmmmm, I know what you mean with the lights being left on...but I can assure you that is not the problem I had with my car! And to keep everyone updated, the 2nd dealer I had my car into yesterday said they couldn't find anything wrong that would make my lights "flicker." Soooo I guess I have to suffer with a $41k car that has an unknown diagnosis. God I miss my BMW!
