Crossfire turbo kit
Re: Crossfire turbo kit
The sprint booster is not connected to the throttle body, it is connected between the gas pedal and the PCM / PTCM.
The PCM/PTCM uses the input from the sprint booster / gas pedal to determine what position the TB valve should be in,
after a committee meeting with other parameters such as wheel speed sensors, engine sensors, the TCM ( if automatic ),
and a host of other things including the current moon phase and a jumble of dried chicken bones.

You forgot to add.. Sprinkle demon powder all the way around the car..
There is a little known-simple method for dyno runs though..
And I had read the write up about "jumping" the sensor inputs with a harness... and had actually sent that to them when they were "help .. can't get dyno run" at one point.
It almost seems like Mercedes went out of their way to make things highly complex..
Re: Crossfire turbo kit
Or just let it run for a minute on the dyno before doing a pull..
Re: Crossfire turbo kit
Haha yeah. I've gotten pretty risky with how I do things now. I've rebuilt more than half the damn car at this point lol, might as well keep going lol.
