It almost seems like Mercedes went out of their way to make things highly complex..

For dyno mode, just jack the back wheels off the ground and put it in gear. Let them spin for 60 seconds and voila, dyno mode. Just like pulling fuses on the 05+ and pulling the wire on the 04's, you'll lose ABS but you wont have the 4K RPM limiter.

Or just let it run for a minute on the dyno before doing a pull..

I don't have rollers when I leave my driveway, but I got a nice industrial low pro jack

I'd be worried about it falling off.. and making the neighbors house a drive through.. LOL

Haha yeah. I've gotten pretty risky with how I do things now. I've rebuilt more than half the damn car at this point lol, might as well keep going lol.
