Cool Aftermarket Exterior/Interior stuff?

Smile Cool Aftermarket Exterior/Interior stuff?

Hey everyone! So this is my first post here. I bought my '04 Crossfire a couple months back and I've done very minimal stuff to it. So far I've:

-Added adapters the the rear wheels to push them out 2" each and I love the wide look it gets
-Removed the "Crossfire" letters from the back
-Added a 'dark' tint to the car

But I'm looking to do a little more in the cosmetic department. So I was curious if anyone could point me in the direction of a good aftermarket place for hoods, grilles, etc.

And any discussion on the topic of aftermarket parts is more than welcome as well! Thanks!

Welcome to the forum Clifford. Giving your car a 4" wider rear track should be instantly noticable. But aren't you concerned about all that negative camber on your rear tires causing dramatic tire wear?

He's 19 and wants to be noticed, to heck with the inherent dangers and wear issues.

The tires were fairly worn when I bought the vehicle, I'm actually going to try and get a new set this month because I couldn't afford it before.

First and foremost .... BLACK is the "fastest" color ......
Secondly, I'd be afraid of road debris (pebbles and rocks, etc) being thrown up and dinging the fender edges. Just sayin .....

I was honestly a bit surprised myself, but I don't really get a lot of rocks, pebbles, dirt, etc. thrown into my fenders. I also live up in a mountain area, so if there's anywhere that I'd get rocks thrown, it's here! haha

Umm.. so 2 degrees of angle changes the further out you are?

Pushing the wheels out, as well as going with a wider wheel, will affect the camber angle.

If nothing else I'd be concerned with the road debris, as others have mentioned. Seems to me this would amplify the understeer this car comes with naturally.

Umm....I believe Clifford said he used spacers to push each wheel out 2 inches, not 2 degrees.
If that doesn't cause some serious negative camber, I don't know what will.

Umm.. 2 degrees is 2 degrees whether its at 2 inches or 200 feet.. now factor in a fulcrum effect and yes it will change

Well that's the first time I ever heard that 2 degrees actually stood for 2". Learn somethin every day.

Okay lets replace 2 degrees with what the actual what 1.5 degree's it's set at.. now 2" further out is still 1.5 degrees .. can't say I have exact formulas for weight and distance to calibrate the actual degree change from being set out 2 inches further.. but i'm sure it's drastic..

Just me , but that is too much. If it were a 4x4 truck that would be cool. This just makes it look like one of those fart can wearing lowered Honda Civics driving around Compton. Not to mention it can't be safe.
