Default tail of the dragon

I never knew about the tail of the dragon till I signed up on this forum and skimmed through a thread about it but I was googling today because i was interested in learning more and now It's on my bucket list of "things to do that I may die doing , before I die" list Lol
Any of you got some cool stories ? Here's a video I found on YouTube It's quite interesting and makes me a little upset that semi trailers are allowed on the road with the trailer hitched behind them

It isn't that bad. I have NEVER encountered a semi on the Dragon on any weekend I've been there. Also, they have erected "No Trucks" signs in North Carolina recently.

The Crossfire Dragon weekends are a great time, you should go to the thread in the "Meets" forum, call the lodge and make a reservation and join us in two months!

I've rode the dragon multiple times on my Triumph and its nothing but fun. Did see a couple go down on their Harley, and people crossing the double yellow, but other than that, its just a fun fun road.
