crossfire shut off

Default crossfire shut off

i have a 2004 crossfire,just recently i ran out of gas.put gas in it still wouldn`t start.i let sit 20 min and it started.went about 3 miles car just shut off wouldn`t start let sit 20 min or so and it started again.went about 4 miles and it just shut off wouldn`t start let sit it started.could it be fuel pump?contact me at justice24724@tampabay.rr.com

I had that happen on one of my Cadillacs and it was the fuel filter. Since it had run empty the trash in the tank was pulled into the filters. Good Luck

Maybe what you thought was the car running out of gas was actually the same shutdown issue, is that a possibility?

Same thing happened to Franc Rauscher a few years back, IIRC. Bad fuel was the suspect, though.
