Good afternoon, I am new to the forum. Do you happen to know if the timing front cover from an slk 320 2004 is compatible with the Crossfire Limited 2004? Mine is cracked and I am looking to replace it for the least amount. As you know already MB parts are cheaper out there.

 

If it is a M112 engine, I can't see why it would be different?

 

I have been trying to find it on the lists that are on the site but I have not been able to find the exact part. I am barely getting used to the site.

 

Pretty sure these are based of the 1997 slk 320 so as pong as the cover has not been changed through 2004 it shoukd work. Maybe call a service center and see if those are interchangable.

 

I am buying the part, I will let you know if it fit.
