Default Got my new valve covers and fixed the leak

I haven't done anything to the car for months so I finally fixed the leak on the valve covers with Rob's help from Needswings. I got all the parts from him, he let me choose a different color. I usualy pick red for everything but not this time. Take a look:

Haven't seen you on here in a while...the valve covers look good. Glad you like them.

So what has been keeping you from playing with the car lately?

What goes wrong with the oem valve covers other than gaskets?

I had both the 07 & the 08 fixed under warranty. The dealership said there was a TSB on the 07 & they actually replaced the valve covers.....but on the 08 they just did the gasket thing. ???

Hey, I have been training with the army in AZ and been super distracted.

The valve covers do sometimes crack, my problem was the gasket leak. But I like to go the extra mile with the car improvements, That's why I even painted my steering stabilizer last year when I replaced it.
