Default Chrome Grill, Any Comments?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33645

eBay item. I would like to see it from some different angles, the pics are all about the same. Also the car has some kind of airdam treatment.

Thoughts?

It seems a bit much chrome for the Xfire in my opinion. The car doesn't have enough chrome anywhere else to offset all that shine. Maybe with chrome handles, window bezel, and sidetrim it might look allright. It is kinda cool though. It looks like it's from Germany, maybe from a sub of the crossfire division that built the Xfire.

I like the different front bumper they have the the vents in the sides. But I'm not fussed about the chrome either.

I think the stock grill needs work and the one pictured needs to be tighten up. While they're at it, the bottom plastic pieces need to be made to match. Me, I'll keep the stock wheels and body work but could use a different grill up front.

I agree, our cars really don't need much chrome due to all the silver trim. But I really like that grill. I think it ties in with the chrome wing emblem real nicely. I may have to buy this.

Think it looks OK with the silver, but not for the Graphite :!:  Might look OK with the bolder red/black colours.

Each to his own though.

Not for me....way too much chrome....I think that may be more than on my '63 Caddy. I am 100% happy with what I bought And have had nothing but positive comments even from a very dedicated Z4 driver.
He is actually contemplating a change in "fun car" in his garage.

But I guess that's the beauty of customizing...it is tailormade for individual
likes :-)
