head unit

Default head unit

has anyone put a a flip out head unit in their xfire, im thinking bout putting one in my car so if u do have one post a pic of it up so i can see some views of it

You might find something by searching in the Audio,Video,Electronics section in the Technical portion of our Forum. You'll need to search and hunt awhile, but you'll probably find what you're looking for. Good luck.

Tom2112 had one in his that I thought looked cool, but with any fold out, you are always going to obstruct the heating/cooling controls and probably the vents above....

I installed a GPS/Rear-View camera/Stereo unit in mine (Valor unit). It has a large flip up display if that's what you mean. Main problem is it's black, not silver. But it works great and supports my Ipod too.
