I have done this for the last 15yrs or so with a number of cars. Basically they do whatever repair is needed, strip and repaint, then clearcoat.
The company I am using is: Precision Rim Repair (rim-repair.com)
I'm sure you will find a similar shop in your area.

I just replaced all of my Stock rims at 15k with an aftermarket set.
So I have a set of front and rear Stock that I may want to part with.
They are sitting in the shop that mounted my new rims today, and I'll be picking them up this weekend.
They do have some minor road rash, but are otherwise in great shape.
Once I get them in hand I can post some pix, and if your interested, we can talk...
If you would prefer new, rather then pre-owned, I found this site that may be of interest:
