I can also recommend the Action Gator at the corner of 436 & 17-92. They have a road force machine too.

 

America's Tire did this to my 1 week old TSW Donington's I purchased through them. I went back in to get my tires rebalanced because they messed up and they ended up scratching all 4 rims up trying to mess with the lug bolts. Of course I was pissed and furious, but they ended up ordering me all new 4 rims and gave me a $100 discount on a set of new tires. So I cant complain.

Go to someone with a 'touchless' mounting system that can handle up to 20" rims. When I got my new 18/20 custom stagger set, I did some paint work and the wheels are even painted on the inside/outside of the barrel. It cost me some cash ($125) to have everything done, but they mounted on gloss black painted wheels and NO scratches....

 

Since you made a reference to 'Blonde', I am assuming you are also female, correct ?
They probably thought you wouldn't notice, since you aren't a 'car guy'.
