If you manually lower your spoiler, it stops in three different spots - there is nothing wrong with the motor - this is a safety feature - if anyone has their hand underneath - they have a chance to remove it safetly! (Sounds a bit like overkill, but in our litigious society, a company has to be so careful....)

I prefer to lower it as I'm approaching my driveway, rather than when i'm parked in it, for this exact reason.

And will do.......there are times at GTG's and your parking on a lawn for show...or moving the car a very short distance at low speeds and have no need for an annoying seatbelt indicator. If on the other hand you are prone to driving without buckling up, then you deserve every annoying indicator there is!

I've taken my seatbelt off while my car coasted about 100 yds in neutral as I come up to my friend's gated community and the alarm didn't go off. Only once I got back in and proceeded to drive through the open gate did it go off.
Is that unusual?

So the other day i washed our car in the driveway, and figured i could clean out the inside of the fuel door. It would not open so i played with it a little bit trying to open it. I thought it broke. Little did i know when i unlocked the car it popped right open. So now i understand that if the car is off and locked the fuel door locks. Great feature!

It's even better when you are pumping gas, decide you want to run inside for something after you're done pumping the gas, so you hit the fob to lock the doors. Done pumping the gas, you try to close the gas door and discover you can't. Much confusion and swearing later, you hit the fob to unlock the doors, close the gas door, THEN lock the doors.
