GOOD BYE TO ALL
GOOD BYE TO ALL
Well I am sorry to say that this is my last post.I no longer can be a fan of this car or of Chrysler in general. I have had nothing but heart ache with this car and the dealership. This is so sad for me especialy because I waited with such great anticipation for its arrival. I made a big mistake and unfortunatly it will cost me big. I will try to trade my car for something else. but I don"t know what that will be yet as I did not need this car I wanted this car so I'm a little stuck.I wish all of you lots of luck and I will forever wonder what could have been when I see one on the road. no need to respond to this post as I will no longer log on to this forum. Thanks to all of you for your ear to bend and goodbye

I don't get it, really I don't. I tried to. He took his car in for service, his dealer damaged his car, burned off his fuel, and put 130 some miles on it. Yeah, no doubt in my mind someone at the dealership went joy-riding (a COUPLE times!). And bobby won't even make an effort to get the situation rectified. He let the dealership walk all over him, and sadly now he's doing the ultimate give-up.

The two posts to read are:
Dinged By Dealer and RESOLUTION!
(OK, How do you put the direct links to the threads in here anyway????)
Quite a few of us really tried to help this guy, but he did not seem to want or take any advice given.
I also know that several people sent him PM's to further try to motivate him. DFWSBR works for D/C and also offered his help.
Like the old saying I said to bonsterbum - you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.
Getting rid of the car because of a s**thead dealer just makes no sense to me at all...

I did contact him and his district manager. Even though he is not in my area, I was able to find out who was over that dealership.
I've been the same way in some situations. Sometimes you just have a bad taste in your mouth. Since it is a car, and you have to drive it almost daily. You do nothing but think about the bad things that have happened. You personally have to want to make things better. Can't just dwell on the bad things of the past.
I sold my last car because I parked it in my friends garage. One of her stupid cats got inside the car from the sun roof, and since the side windows weren't down, scratched the **** out of my leather / dash / steering wheel, hoppin back out of the sun roof.
true = should have closed it
- but how was I supposed to know her stupid cat would go in the garage?
I never looked at the car the same, ended up putting it back to factory spec (over 2 months of work) and traded it in for the Crossfire.
If it tought me nothing else, its only a car. =)
