Here in this part of the Northwest the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word Rockies isnft the Colorado baseball team or the mountains but the surface of our roads. I too have the 3M clear bra for around town, but for road trips I also run a Chrysler nylon bra, because my other cars and truck have numerous rock chips. In fact I even got a rock chip on front bumper on my Crossfire the day I took it over to have the 3M clear bra installed. So far I been very impressed with the durability but I havenft had the 3M material long enough to know if it will yellow in time. However, I have noticed that certain bugs can leave a yellow stain on it that takes some time in the sun to disappear. So far I havenft found anything that will clean of the yellow bug marks immediately and on a white car they stand out, but I would rather live with the stains and not the chips.
