I could run a 2G eclipse ECU that is OBDII and it would test ok if I ever move out of this state , but that's not happening.

BTW I logged a 2nd gear pull without the LM-A cable. Before the turbo spools it is running about 13.7:1 and slopes to 11.5:1 @7000rpm. I have Thursday off to tune the car. The plan is to install the manual boost controller and try running 16psi after adding more fuel. I have to find some way to mount my new camera. Trying to shift and hold a camera isn't working. Especially when it wants to get a little loose into second @ 65+mph.

My plans to do some tuning got rained out today. I took a quick video of so you can check out the exhaust note. It sounds a little different under boost than free revving.

Yes, I over revved it a little. I have the shift light set at about 6800rpm and I think it hit somewhere near 7200. Above 7500 is what I consider dangerous. In my Talon a missed shift would get close to that.

Thanks for all the compliments! This project has taken a lot longer than I wanted but I have managed to keep it 99% self built.

you know you guys can do anything you want to these cars, no matter what your states emmissions laws are.

all you need to do is register another crossfire as your daily driver or emmisions vehicle, simply swap vin and license plates between the stock car and the wild high hp modified machine.

no one will know your running aftermarket ecu or twin turbos mumbo jumbo.
heck you can bolt in an LS1 motor if you like.

I'm dying to see one of you freaks cut out the firewall and toss in the viper venum, if your going to go big lets do it wild.

Gen III Eaton is on it's way. The pulley ratio is 1.12:1 to get 10#'s of boost. Guesstimating turbo will spool by ~2krpm. I'm using an M90 again but this time one with a built in bypass valve. It's a large supercharger for such a small displacement but it will also be only spinning 8400 rpm max. I think it will be happy with a 4 rib belt to drive it considering the size of the pulley. I need to start thinking about how I want to control the bypass valve.

You're twincharging it now?

Just wondering.. where do you actually pour the monster energy in? Oil or have a fuel tap resevoir setup? (see pic with this quoted post). And here I thought it was all from the added Turbo and Engine!

Well...., this really made me LOL. I'm actually using a Monster energy can for my coolant overflow/resevoir tank.

Cool, I like MS3's upgraded features.. but when I ordered my setup MS3 was still beta testing. I can't wait to see how this project turns out. Godspeed.

Shortly after I posted the last updates in November I started to get a vibration under deceleration. My custom driveshaft was the culprit. Since the front shaft has a slip joint at both ends I was unable to have it balanced. I came across an adapter plate I thought would allow me to bolt up a spicer 1310 yoke to the rear differential. But, things are never that simple. The adapter I bought had the wrong bolt hole circles diameters(older Mercedes). Luckily, Mike at JTR was able to machine and tap the 100mm bolt hole circle to the adapter. So now after a few weeks of waiting I finally have the adapter bolted up. Now I can order a balanced 1 piece driveshaft. The Megasquirt is on hold at the moment.
The drive-shaft dampener apparently can't handle the hard shifting and power. This is my cracked dampener/coupler with 38k miles. Only about 150 miles with the swap.
