Daily driver, I usually go 400 to 420 miles before the low fuel light comes on and then it's to the nearest gas station.

 

I've been getting 27.5 MPG total since new. That include break in where I got maybe 15 MPG. Well, when I got in the thing I became possessed you know. Couldn't get enough. Besides that first tank was free, from the dealer.

I'm at 3,000 miles and happy with 27.5 MPG.

Of course there was the St Louis Metro rally where Kell ( Shark065) insisted we go 100 MPH or more. I only got 24.3 MPG on that tank.

I get 280-290 miles on a tankbefore the light comes on. If I run it all the way to E, it will be around 315-320. I average between 21-22 MPG out of the SRT-6 with 60% highway.

 

Your Averaging 29-30 miles per gallon??? Is this all highway with the cruise control set?

The most I have ever gotten into my tank is about 14.75 gallons. So, I'm figuring 420/14.75 = 28.9655 MPG. I need to get a 6-Speed base Coupe for a daily beater if that's the case.

 

At 25.8 mpg X a 16 gal tank = 413 max to empty.....(6 speed).......I suppose if I behaved myself.....might stretch that to 30 mpg....480 on a tank???
