If you actually READ their policy, it clearly states that someone from customer service will contact you WITHIN 48 HOURS. Has it been 48 hours since 9:15 PM yesterday?
Is there some reason you have to have this part in the next 35 seconds? Does your car fail to start without the fog light? Honestly, what's the big rush all of a sudden?

No problemo.... you didn't **** me off.
You just seemed to be wayyyyyyyyy agitated about a fog light. It's no big deal in the grand scheme of how life goes. You're sure to face much bigger problems in your life..........you'll live much longer, easier, and happier if you just take things in stride!
I used to completely fly off the handle at the littlest things back in the day. Now I've learned that it's much easier to just roll with the punches......it WILL get better.
