Makes sense. I think Deb Walker paid $10,600 or so for hers this fall. Had like 22,000 on it.

MAN, can't believe these cars sit on ANY lot long at THAT price.

Not a bad deal... I stole mine as well. $11K for an '05 with 23,000 on the clock... She wanted a Bimmer, I wanted a deal. We made it happen, and I'm a happy camper.

Looks good to me too! (still looking to buy)
I was warned about east coast cars due to rust and corrosion.
I would love to find an LE coupe from Ca, Az, Nv for the same price.
(besides, what would airfare from MT to NJ cost? Negates the price of the car)
Soon to be an owner,
Rob

Ugh I paid 18k in mar 08 for my 04 with 14k miles. But with my trade it came to 5k. Still, Ive locked myself into keeping this one because Ive dumped so much money in her and also because its rare and beautiful.

I have been searching for a parts car in the future. I have seen some on Cars.com for under 6000. I'll wait a little I figure I can pick one up for under 4000 in a little while. I saw on for under $2500 but it did not have a grille and hood was in bad shape.

You all got good deals.. just be happy you did. I bought mine new... a 2005 coupe in Aug'05 and paid 25K with less than one hundred miles (they drove it 30 miles down the interstate from a different location). Original owner with all the goodies and paperwork. My daily driver for the past 4 years and now spends more time in the garage with 56K miles. I only drive it every other weekend. I am about to finish paying it off. Just owe a few more payments.

I don't regret paying the price for one second! At the time I thought it was a great price for a new car. I remember the new style mustangs just came out and they claimed it would cost me full sticker price (25K because "everybody wanted one"). I told them to take a hike and walked across the street to a chrylser dealer. Checked out the crossfire and it made the mustang look like a cheap piece of plastic.

When I first bought the crossfire I got TONS of positive responses from strangers. It was amazing the attention. You think you gets attention now?.... just imagine what it was like when they first came out! Nobody knew what it was and they were facinated by them. You wouldn't believe the questions I got. The things people yelled to me from the side of the road. They all thought it was some exotic car.

No offense but I owned an 06 mustang GT and i have to say that it was a very solid car. Interior was very solid as well. if I compare the cheapness of the mustang's interior to mine, I would have to say Crossfire is right there with it.

Even though it is a 6 years old car, i still get "wayyyyy" more attention in my crossfire than i did in my 06 stang in year 2006

Not knocking the Stang. Great car. The interior of the fire is 10 times nicer. I didn't like the air vents on the stang. Looked flimsy cheap and ugly. No offense.
