After see-ing the car for the first time my wife had a male co-worker ask
What are you compensating for?
She said "Nothing, I like small cars and my husband likes fast cars
and this car is all that.
Then while riding in it he asks how do you have sex in such a small car
she smiles at him and says "I'm double jointed"
She told me that put a stop to the stupid questions for the rest of the trip.
Life is random...so am I.

Being in Detroit I don't get a lot of comments...I think everyone here has one!
Although last weekend when I went into Toronto (where everyone HAS to drive a BMW) I went down Yonge street and literally had everyone looking! It was like they never saw one before! with the amount of people staring, I might as well have been riding a pink giraffe down the road! I just smiled away and kept on driving.
It was pretty awesome, I felt like a rockstar!
I was going to make the return trip back down the same street to downtown...but the damn cabbies were making me nervous as hell!

1. Woman in a mini van stopped in front of me, with half her body out of the window looks back and yells, "What kind of car is that?" "Who makes it?"
2. At a bar, two guys were having a smoke outside when i pull up and walk in. They later come in and say, "Man we had to get a closer look at your car, we thought it was a masserati or something".
3. Pull up to a red light. Guy in a R/T 5.9 pickup pulls next to me and says, "Sweet car man, SRT8 huh?" LMAO!
The reality is that people know very little about this car. Every year my brother has a customer appreciation day at his auto service center and people bring their cars to show. We get a lot of old camaros, mustangs, GN's, Firebirds etc.....I had a crowd around my car asking me all kinds of questions about it, but the biggest one was that they didn't realize they produced an SRT version of it. It was definitely a hit and it was cool to see peoples reaction when I told them the specs and the limited production run.
