Did you install the SRT front cover yourself? With ease? Looks good, I might do that as well. I called my dealer today, my price is $314 and then to the paint shop.

That would be my guess as well since he used the "involuntary" wording.

You will never see an SRT emblem on this car. Maybe the next one will come with it from the factory

Downward, I'm digging the black grill I ordered that same grill and the lower portion grill inserts in chrome, I hate the chrome look. I'm going to get them powder coated black and slap them on my car, should make the car and the front look less like a Sebring..

Thanks.. the body shop installed it though. It was involuntary because some idiot (me) cracked the other one. At least it was 1/2 the price of the limited one!

Thanks.. I did the same thing, and now I'm in love with powdercoating.

I love the look of the red beast and am very glad you have never tried to cheapen it by trying to make it something it is not (by putting SRT decals on it). Too bad the only way you will have a red SRT is if you paint one

I think your car will look very unique with the work you've done and the SRT bumper. Everyone knows there are no red SRTs. Go for it my friend, and enjoy it.

Hey FP at one time we all knew that there were ONLY 2005 SRT's also.
You may never know with the Chrysler corp.

I like the SRT6 bumper! I'm thinking of doing that myself. I can't believe how cheap they are! I think the front bumper cover for my corrado was about 800.00 when I replaced it 5 years ago.
