I had another Crossfire owner tell me the button/hooks were for golf clubs . . . although Jackal's nipple ring idea is funnier!

 

I know my 07 350Z actually had a decal on the underside of the trunk showing how to position two golf bags so that they would fit in the cargo area.

 

see what you started James...we go from simple hooks to nipple rings...got any other questions???? LOL

 

OK - I received my luggage today and there a a small bracket that attaches to the "button" in question. This bracket has a hook and a strap that attaches to the luggage to keep it in place.

BTW Luggage is a very nice set - I got the NA luggage but really need the SRT set. Price was just too good to pass up.

I am convienced they are for the luggage now. Sounds practical.

Forget the luggage ........ ....... get rid of them, that'll probably get you 0.1 better time in the quarter .....
