As title states, has anyone seen or have this engine cover on their Crossfire?
I found these pics in an official Chrysler photo gallery. The photos were titled "European Engine Cover".
James1549 pointed out that they may have been installed on early pre-production models.
Does anyone know where I can find one?

 

I've never seen one other than on the preproduction car... if they did make them someone post a part # for the love of God!

 

Every model and/or kit that I have of the Crossfire (1:43, 1:24, 1:18), has that same engine cover installed.



Also notice the support that runs from side to side just behind the cover?

Looks like a basic stock NA engine cover with black paint... minus "crossfire" stamping.

That bar that runs side to side is called a strut bar. It reinforces the chassis from the strut towers to reduce lateral flex.

 

Let's ask someone across the pond. I like the looks of it...

 

Damn I want that cover. Did these ever make it to any production cars?
