Sprint Booster - Negatives
Re: Sprint Booster - Negatives
I was supprised at the amont of throttle lag and thought there there was something wrong with my car at first. In fact most cars have this problem with the fly-by-wire set up. Having said that, I was dissappionted with the small improvement from the S/B and nearly returned it for refund. However, when I did the throttle rest as well - wow - a differnt ball game. I therefor recomend that with the S/B fitted, you will also get extra added Ooomph if you do the re set as well.
(yes I agree the price is way too steep, but thats business!)

Above is the original post and after four pages of stuff...
Lets cut this subject to the quick,
The only people that have the knowledge and first hand experience to answer the question are people who have or have had a Sprint Booster installed in their car. Hear say, speculation, guessing or opinions just don't count, sorry !
People that do NOT have or never have had a Sprint Booster installed can only have ONE comment about the product and that is the price, period.
I know, I know... What ever..Just press the pedal harder, it ain't worth the price and all ya gotta do is take one apart and build it for less than $5.00 with parts from radio shack and besides that the white paper says...bored2.gif
