Re: Crossfire Production numbers
There is a lot of conjecture regarding production. The "first" official production crossfire came off the line february 3rd, 2003. I have a picture of a vin plate for crossfire number 00022 built in November of 2002. I still kick myself for not buying it at salvage auction as it was repairable with driver door damage. I could not find a valid vin listed as being titled before it. Makes one wonder what was actually going on.
Re: Crossfire Production numbers
Very interesting thread, makes one wonder if theres method in the madness. Ours is a graphite '08 Limited Coupe, built 10/07, #75327. According to title history provided when we bought the car, it was exported from Belgium to Baltimore, MD, on 2/17/08 and arrived at a Utah dealer on 04/04/08, and sold the first time on 04/29/08. We're the 3rd owners, the car has never left Utah.
Now I'm really confused which you all know doesn't take much! When I bought my 2005 SRT roadster I was told there were 928 total. I knew my car was made in 2004 but Sold as a 2005 Now if I read this thread correctly there were 2005's Made and sold as 2006. How many SRT six roadsters were made total? In a year and a half almost 2 years of searching for what I have now never saw a 2006 SRT roadster listed anywhere for sale.

Re: Crossfire Production numbers
The 76k number is for all crossfires including the NAs.
Per Dennis, 2944 SRT6s were built of which 928 were roadsters and the rest coupes. So far 2080 have been found.
https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...continued.html
SEVENTY FIVE (75) 2006 SRT6s have been found, the majority of which are located outside the USA. A 2006 SRT6 roadster in the US would be extremely rare.

Re: Crossfire Production numbers
Those are pretty good totals but does anyone have numbers or even a SWAG at the 6spd vs automagic breakdown ? Obviously all SRTs had the 5 speed but both were available on the N/A cars.
Apparently it is not in the VIN (despite what the service manual says) and many I am pulling from cars.com or autotrader.com say "manual transmission" but turn out to have 5-speeds slush boxes.

Re: Crossfire Production numbers
Hi,
I am a new member and can't find this discussion on another thread, but I may be wrong. Does anyone have access to Crossfire productions numbers? By that I mean, does anyone have a breakdown of how many coupes, roadsters, limiteds, were produced each year with a breakdown of trannys, colors, interiors, options, etc.
My wife and I have a Limited Roadster and when we bought it 3 years ago, we had to have the car shipped halfway across the states so we could get the exact car we wanted. So now I am interested in finding out how rare a combination we have. If you go to car shows, you always see signs like, 1 of 75 or I had a 1969 440-6bbl Roadrunner, 4-speed, coupe, 1 of 432. If you can find this information for cars from 40 years ago, this information must be available on Crossfires.
To be exact, we have a 2005 Limited Roadster, 6-speed, black, dark slate/vanilla two tone interior with navigation system and optional tires. I am thinking that's every available option except the automatic tranny.
Anyone have any answers? Thanks!
P.S. I'll see all you DFW Crossfires in Bedford.
