Default Alarm does not work???

I was in a fender bender 3 weeks ago. I got rear ended by an 18-wheeler at a stoplight. I just got my car back from the body shop yesterday and now my alarm will not work. To I have to reset it before the alarm will work again?? I don’t know what the problem is but I don’t think it is accident related. The hit was not hard he just ran into me when the light turned green. There was minimal damage just had to get a new bumper. Any help would be great.

1. Ask the body shop what electrical connections they disconnected.
2. Check the fuses.

Do all of the locks work? Maybe there's a problem with the central vacuum actuators?
Maybe it shows/thinks there is an open door/hatch?

Best of luck!
