Default Wanting to learn

Hello, my name is Alex and I am a proud owner of a 2005 black Crossfire coupe. I'll be straight and to the point. I know pretty much next to nothing about cars, much less about tuning them. I've been searching online for aftermarket parts in order to improve my vehicles performance. I figured that this would be the best place to start.
I have read a lot about, if you can afford, just upgrade to an SRT-6. As much as that may be the best option, I prefer my six-speed manual. Can anyone out their either show me, or point me in the right direction of places that I can buy parts for my car. About the only thing I can find is a borla exhaust. Forgive my ignorance please. Thanks for the help!

Try these guys:
www.tvtdesign.com
www.needswings.com
www.letmotorsports.com
www.inmotionusa.com

These cars are really SLK roadsters so most of what you will find is in the mercedes aftermarket.

Do a search on the TVT-250 upgrade, or go to our Market Place Forum and go to performance mods. The most common mods for the NA, is an ECU mod, larger fuel injectors, and a CAI, all part of the TVT-250 upgrade. Also there's a Headers upgrade coming up from TVT_Designs.

Congtas on the XF.

Thumbs up Re: Wanting to learn

Welcome to our newest member from Afganistan! How did you ever find a Crossfire there? This HAS to be some kind of record.

The suggestions above are spot-on. You can even do an ECU flash by mail/DHL. Good luck and welcome again.

I actually didn't purchase it in Afghanistan. I bought it a few months before I left here and I miss it terribly. Cant wait to get back and see what I can do with it.

Well, best of luck with your upgrades. I only did wheels, tires and exhaust. I'm happy!
