I went to my doctor to fix my tennis elbow, from the use of a California duster. His advice is to dust only once daily. lol
My psychiatrist on the other hand indicates rehab may be the only way to break the cycle. I told him he was crazy.

I hear you on that...I go to WaterWorks (local Colo Spgs car wash) at least once a week, sometimes twice...out of control indeed!
