Laying hands on the Crossfire...
Laying hands on the Crossfire...
My wife told me that when she was walking out of Wal-Mart yesterday evening, she discovered a woman with her hands pressed onto the Crossfire's roof. She asked her what she was doing and she said she was praying over the car so she could get one like it! Now my wife is aftaid to drive the Crossfire because she thinks she is going to get car-jacked. This is the first car I've had that has been prayed over!!!

To avoid law suites, warnings must be posted. Perhaps a proximity detector with audio warnings or a personal tag reading "KILLOZAP".
Hey Max - guess what mod everyone is going to want you to do at the ToD this fall. Perhaps my SC can do double duty as a Van Der Graaf generator, but I think I'll need a bigger cap than you used in the stereo mod.
Re: Laying hands on the Crossfire...
I woke up one morning to see that a dog pee'd on my right front wheel! I hope I never see that dog doing it right in front of my eyes and if the owner has it on a leash, I'll have to refrain myself from getting violent and winding up in jail! I'll make sure that the wife's car is outside and my Crossfire is always in the garage now. l
Re: Laying hands on the Crossfire...
Electric shock is okay but here is my personal favorite, it also cuts down on door dings, animal pee, pellet gun attacks, and etc.
The only problem is that it does obstruct your rear view and you do loose 2" of head clearance. However, on the positive side it substantially lowers your insurance because officers are much more prone to let you off with only a suggestion rather then a ticket or warning.

Re: Laying hands on the Crossfire...
jackei, no laser aiming system, the HUD on the windshield tracks your eye movement in manual mode. When it is on line or in alarm mode it use a threat assessment algorithm. Too bad Mimi05SRT6 doesn't have one of these there wouldn't be any pee but maybe some high velocity splatter, oh well nothing perfect.
By the way the price of bullets appears to be going up nearly as fast as the price of gas.

Great design, Idaho, but at 6'3" I cannot give up the 2" headroom.
I guess I'll have to put just the targetting system on board my Crossfire, and the retaliation module into orbit. Nothing fancy, just some depleted uranium javelins w/fins to guide them to the appropriate philistine.
(Go ahead - ding my door - I've been wanting to play a good game of "Drop the Rock." )
