Default V8 Crossfire by Startech or . . .

I love my little 3.2 NA standard transmiision 2004 Crossfire. The 70K warranty has made the breakin period a fun experience.. The reason I purchaseed the vehicle was a combinaton of reasons especially the daring design and driver position. I have owned several sports cars in my day for a lot of reasons. The last was a 2001 Corvette Z06. If your looking for a well balanced power trip there is no second for the price that is paid.

At 65 years old, and with gas heading toward $9.00 a gallon (come on folks, it's what the rest of the world pays), I'm interested in what I can do to to increase the fuel comsumption of my little MB 3.2. Has anyone had any luck with special chips, driving styles, or tire type and pressure.

O and thanks to the member who suggested the 20mf capictor in series with the side mid range. I really evens out the stereo sound. Make sure that you use a non polerized electrolitic so that the sound in not distorted.

I really enjoy this forum and share the dreams and asperations we all have with this truly unique whip.

Jack

That's exactly what I was thinking. I mean, you stuff a 6.1 in there, crank up the price by a 150K & it still runs a 4.7??!
Did you guys also notice the intakes? For 180+K I'd expect a wee bit more in the air dept.!
I'll wait for my lottery winnings & take a Veyron any day!
