Default Tire pressure light is on. Ideas?

OK so when I bought this car that light was on and I thought no big deal I will put some air in the tires first chance I get. Well now that I have the light is still on. Sesnors may be missing because I know these wheels and tires were used for winter time when Knowit had this car. What do they look like so I can see if they are there?

I've never messed with a car that had these before so here is a dumb question: Where do these go on the wheel? Easy to install correct?

They attach to the valve inside the tire. Fairly easy once you dismount the tires.

Hmm thanks for the info I am pretty sure that the sensors are not installed but im not taking them apart just to find out. I really like the factory wheels so if I can find a good deal on a newer (not so used) set with the sensors then Ill pick those up and put them on with new tires since I hate the Conti's anyways.

Another dumb question... how does the car sense the the tire is low on air? what connects it to the sensor?

Have a competent dealer reset the sensors several months ago I had 4 new Goodyears installed I know I probably paid a hundred or so more by purchasing thru the Chrysler and having them install but when the low pressure light came on 30 miles down the road I took it back to the dealer to make it right took even the second time returning to the dealer but finally the service manager acknowledged they didn't know that resetting might be required give it a try
