Allow me to qualify that a bit, so that no one gets the wrong idea. If you take your car to a tuner shop and they put it on a dyno and create an ECU tune specifically for your car and your mods, sure, that's worth $900. But when you mail a shop your ECU and they burn the same old C32 image onto it and mail it back and charge you $900 for it, THAT is gouging. Frankly, I think $500 is too high for a mail-in ECU tune.

The guy is a tool, before I posted my last remarks I wanted to make sure I really wasn't attacking someone who contributed a fair amount to this forum, I read through everyone of his threads honestly there is really nothing that I can sit here and say OMG thank you so much HUGO, as far as I know, he should be kissing TVT's A$$ begging for sponsorship throwing some decals on his car and possibly getting a deal on some of the new products through TVT.
These companies have become the bread and butter of this forum, lets stop all these bullshit post asking them to pay asking them to have a section telling them too cool off. ITS crap, the ADMIN doesn't want anything, and if they change there mind they would ask. I dont want to come off as a ***** but seriously those who were around know all you had to look forward to was a few post by HDDP, and woody who actually took this car apart and got into it, and the occasional post by ANDREW about miscellaneous things. IT WAS THE SAME questions about RENNTECH, the same how can we fab a supercharger or turbo up for our N/A and what rims and tires should I buy.THIS entire community was going NOWHERE the occasional meet and the same damn newbie posts, members had dropped like crazy. Now most of them have returned and check it like myself everyday religiously because of these 5 companies. We also have gained a significant number of MBworld and Benzworld members, only because we are so passionate about tuning our cars have they gotten out of the dry season as well. They were going through the same thing as us in the C32 and SLK32 section, now it thrives with posts of what we are doing and how fast we are going. ALL BECAUSE OF THESE VERY COMPANIES some of which leaked their products here first NEEDSWINGS, TVT, and CODE3 are posting, constantly redesigning the wheel when everyone says it cant be done, and charging what i believe to be more then fair prices.
I'm about to create a new thread saying stop with the BULL$HIT i'm tired of reading these advertising rants. TWO of which have now been started by HUGO.

P.S.: I have a dandy pro L lens for sale if you are interested. Please click the link in my sig to check it out!

If they start to come out with garish banners or large red fonts in their posts that might start to bother me.
I enjoy their posts now and they have provided us a lot of education regarding our XFires.
