Wow! What a story! So, how many cars does 'Dependable Auto Shippers' ship per month, and they don't know about ignition lock steering that has been around for ever (almost)? They have certainly got some bad press on here, and not living up to the name 'Dependable'. Hopefully, you will raise hell with the company all the way to the top. You are very lucky that they didn't break something. Can you imagine if they would have broken the key off in the ignition! Also, GOOD JOB JOHN! The Forum and you, an accommodating Forum member, came through in a crisis.

OK well my car finally arrived! Only thing that sucked was it arrived the day I left for Mexico so I had to let it sit on the lot for five days. Now that I can actually see the car the problem seems to be in the ignition and not so much the wheel. To turn the car on I have to turn the wheel from side to side (not hard at all) while jiggling the key. I will have the dealer look at it and see what they say. I will also have pics up this weekend after I detail it!

Congratulations hopefully all the problems with delivery and waiting to finally sit in it will be behind and you can start getting the famous grin everyone talks about as you realize just how good the Crossfire is to drive
and enjoy
