It is for an MB first aid kit. I picked up the kit and a leather MB CD holder on ebay last year for 20 bucks. Look under MB first aid kits on ebay.

Don't have to put my Glock 27 in there it's on my waist.

Mine had a 12 volt air compressor, a can of official MB fix-a-flat, and a cheesy lug wrench. I think the better use would be for beer and weapons!

This has been brought up before.

In Europe that pocket is filled with a first aid kit.

When my 2004 was delivered that was where the manual and warranty (useless lies) were stored.
