It absolutely should be legal to shoot door-dingers!

May I suggest a loaner from my collection of "Anti-door-ding-devices"

The Krinkov on the bottom now has a folding stock to help with the aim if the offending door-dinger gets the jump on you and tries to escape!

 

I try to avoid using fire arms against unarmed people, so for that exact reason I carry a powerful Tazer with extra batteries and a black jack.
Just zap the f-ing ***** till he's in total shock then whip out your black jack and beat on their soft parts, it really saves on having a bruised fists and is much more quite than a subcompact handgun. I try to avoid smacking them on the joints and face, as that has long term and permanent damage. just get the point across. California is really harsh on gun owners who carry firearms conceald so this is the best method as of yet.

Hey Maxwell that is a good idea. I like the way you think but maybe just one knee shot.

 

I think there should be a bounty on them. Say $500.00 per scalp.

You cannot shoot them, but you are allowed to use a blackjack to ding their skull.

Use of a taser is optional - it holds 'em still, but they don't feel the ding nearly so well.

 

I still say just shoot 'em..............that's the only guarantee they'll never do it again.

Just think of it as a public service, these are probably the same people who brutally cut you off in traffic, try to cut in front of a line under the guise that they "didn't notice there was a line", talk loudly on a cell phone in a restaurant, and let their dogs crap in your yard without picking it up.
