Default I want your thoughts!

Being a fairly new owner, I would really appreciate some opinions about the following product. If you go to yourhotcar.com, select performance parts, then select the model of the car; in my case a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire. It will direct you to a list of products; choose the performance chips. There is what is called a Stage 3 surge O2 chip combo listed. If anyone has the time and or the expertice to fully understand this product, please look at the product details. I am an old time hot rodder so I am not all that well versed on fuel injection and the management sytems. I guess what I am looking for is your imput and opinion on this product. Because so much of the info on the internet is bogus, can anyone tell me if they think this is worthwhile buying for my car. I already have a cold air intake system, otherwise the car is stock. By the way, it is a six speed. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Not sure of that specific product, but i'm very wary of the internet performance parts sites.

You'd be surprised at what most sites will say works on a Crossfire.

I went where you said and it said 0 parts for Crossfire.

That said, maybe it's a voodoo magic chip? If it was worth it's salt, why wouldn't the manufacturers make them OEM?

basiclly all it is, is a kit that simulates the "PERFECT" signals for the air temp and O2 sensors. Its a rip off, I'd suggest you just get an ECU tune which will net approx. 20 HP.
