Horrible experience at Sherman Dodge in Chicago...
I've just come back from what has been the worst experience at any dealership. The service assistant, David Torres was unfriendly, indifferent, non-communicative, rude, and above all, incompetent. I was told the car would be ready by 5, which it was not because he ordered the wrong tire. They were completely unwilling to be of any assistance and instead blamed me for the mishap by stating that I drove on a flat tire, which I know to be untrue, and that's what caused the valve stem to crack as opposed to the more logical explanation which is that the valve stem cracked and caused the tire to leak. It wasn't until I asked to speak with his manager that a nail was mysteriously "found" in the tire. I don't put it past that dealership one bit to have placed that nail themselves to avoid covering the cost of the cracked valve stem. Upon speaking with the GM of the dealership, he offered no help other than thanking me for the feedback.
Avoid this dealership at all cost. Chrysler will be hearing from me as well.
