Default NEW 2006 Blaze Red 6 spd $12,900

I was at Spring Chrysler just north of Houston, TX yesterday and they have this coupe on the showroom floor for $12,900. They also have three other 2006 coupes on the lot. This is definitely the lowest price I have seen on a NEW one yet.

I just checked their website and it lists their '06's at mid 30's in cost. Not likely that they'd sell these at 20K off of list for a NEW car. I would be willing to bet you were either looking at a nice USED car or you neglected to look at the small print (down payment of 10K or something like that....). Can anyone verify their cost on these? If they are selling these new cars at 13K, I'm heading down there to pick one up.

Buy it!!! Then sell it. Pocket the profit or buy an SRT-6 with it.

lol that's funny, these cars are very hard to sell Private party. Only dealerships can sell them since they can handle the financing, no private party seller will take payments.

A dealer asking $20k for a CF Limited with 10k miles, has a street value of $10,000 with no lifetime warrantee transfer.

I'm waiting until it hits $7,000-$8,000, then I'll buy another one to chop up and turn into an animal.

The mid $30s is the sticker price. The original factory sticker is in the front window and the price 12900 is in 10" red stick on numbers. Their info is below if you want to contact them. Let me know when you fly in, I'll be happy to pick you up and drive you over.

Spring Chysler Dodge Jeep has an ad in the Houston Chronicle for the 2006 Crossfire for $13,000 off sticker. This is consistent with current market pricing for a new Crossfire. I suspect that the red numbers are advertising the discount.

Wow!
I did an inventory search, on chrysler.com, and the dealer has 14 new 2007 and 4 new 2006 Crossfires in stock!

I agree.
Ad says $13K off sticker on 2007's. The 2006's should be even more off; but, still around $20K+ for Limiteds.

Like I said....the small print (being "off of MSRP"). Please read carefully prior to posting dream prices on these cars.

I wish I had seen this thread earlier as I live fairly close to Spring Chrysler and filled my car across the freeway from the dealership this afternoon. I could have tried to see if I could verify what the price actually is (although the dealership is closed on Sunday).

I know they (Spring Chrysler) have (or had, last time I checked) a number of Crossfires to sell. I also have begin to see more XFires in the area. In fact I spoke with a guy who had just bought a coupe from Spring Chrysler about a week ago. I congratulated him on joining the XFire family and he then told me the coupe is the third XFire in his family. His wife and daughter BOTH have yellow roadsters.
