Default wind noise

Whenever I closed the doors with the window up, the window occaionally get trapped outside the rubber seal creating wind noise. When I lower the window and closed it again with the door shut, the window will then be under the rubber seal at its proper positon.

I took my car to the dealer and they said that it's the characteristic of the car and there is nothing they can do about it. I'm just wondering if it's true or I just got duped. Thank you.

Don't listen to the dealer - they know even less than a 3 year old.
My car is quiet.

Check this thread out...

Do a search...
There's a thread somewhere which tells & shows how to adjust the window.
There's also an issue where some people have had some windowe rubber replaced, or it was missing altogether.

Thank you, that is what I thought. BTW, do you happen to have the TSB# ? I would really like to show it to the dealer and embarass him a little. Yes my car is still under warranty.
