I would stick with the fleece, my 05 roadster came equipped with the fleece. They are very affordable

Just got one for $14.95 from International Auto Parts in Indianapolis. They probably ship also. It's the preferred fleece filter.

My local dealer tried to pull that crap...I had bought the filter from them for 2 years for $19 and then they increased it to $39.00...as you probably can tell...they don't sell to me anymore.

Run the old filter through the solvent tank, and then you could re-use it! Oh wait, just don't change the oil! That would save you the cost of the oil and filter!

Sorry, just really bored at work waiting for 8:00 to get here.

If you would like to order one we have 5 in stock. Call the parts dept M-F 9:00-6:00 at 419-227-0202. Not sure about shipping costs though.
LOL How about this....in my youth I had a Honda Accord that received a perpetual oil change. Yeah, about every two weeks I had to add a quart. I figured about every 3 months it had gotten an oil change which is about what was recommended (ah youthful logic and besides, who wants to buy oil when there was beer to buy...LOL)

Oh and the whole point of mentioning that was even Hondas can suck. Of course I'm sure my maintenance philosophy and budget didn't make it any better...lol
